Dr. Steven C. Hollar is a graduate of DePauw University, Indiana University School of Dentistry and the Misch International Implant Institute. He has completed the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study and the Pac-Live Cosmetic and Smile Design Institute. Dr. Hollar has served as the president of the North Central Dental Association, and also served as the president on the Indiana state board of dentistry. He has been honored by being named a Fellow in the International College of Dentists, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American College of Dentists. Dr. Hollar received the 2014 Indiana Ethics Achievement award and also was the recipient of the 2015 Sagamore of the Wabash award. He resides in Warsaw with his wife, Jennifer, and has three children, Bennett, Meredith and Jonathan.
Charles A. Hollar, D.D.S. is a native of Warsaw, Indiana and founder of Dental Health, P.C.He began his solo practice in 1966 at the site of our current office in a building built by his father, Floyd Hollar. The current clinic was built in 1993 with the help of his wife, Jacque. He went on to practice Dentistry for 50 years until his retirement.Dr. Charles Hollar has been a leader in dentistry his entire career. He developed these skills as a captain in the U.S. Army and through the Indiana Dental Association. He was named a fellow in the International College of Dentists and Academy of General Dentistry. He has served as past president of the North Central Dental Society, chairman of the Council of Dental Education, and president of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club.He and his late wife, Jacque, have two grown children and five grandchildren.In 2020, the practice changed the name from Dental Health, P.C. to Hollar Dental Group to honor his legacy as founder and his lasting impact on dentistry and our community.
Dr. Andrea M. Hutton graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science, and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2008. She was awarded the Indianapolis General Dentistry Study Club Student Excellence Award and is an alumna of Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor dental society. Dr. Hutton is a member of the county, state, and American Dental Associations, as well as the Kosciusko County Dental Society and has served as the president of the Wabash Valley Dental Society. Dr. Hutton's husband, Aaron, is a civil engineer and they have a son, Charles John (CJ), who was born October 2010 and a daughter, Madelyn, who was born October 2013. Dr. Hutton has been trained in oral sedation and treats patients of all ages.
Dr. Matthew S. Carmien graduated with highest distinction from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he was recognized and awarded for excellence in removable prosthodontics and is an inductee of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society, Gamma Indiana chapter. He is an active member in the Kosciusko County Dental Society, as well as the Indiana Dental Association and American Dental Association. Dr. Carmien has completed extensive training for certification in oral sedation dentistry and completed a fellowship for dental implants through the International Dental Implant Association. He is married to Betsy, a registered dietitian. They have 4 children, Cailynn, born 2013, Chandler, born 2015 and twin girls, Hadley and Harper, born 2019. Dr. Carmien practices as a general dentist in all disciplines.
